She began her career in event planning, managing large-scale productions for the military community and major festivals such as The Taste of Atlanta, BronzeLens Film Festival, and the Atlanta Jazz Festival. These experiences sharpened her skills in leadership, financial management, and strategic execution—skills she now applies to business consulting and fintech innovation.
Monique studied Financial Planning at Kaplan University and has served as a Personal Financial Budget Advisor, helping individuals and families gain financial clarity, reduce debt, and build sustainable wealth strategies. Her passion for financial literacy and ability to simplify complex concepts make her a trusted advisor to both individuals and small business owners.
As CEO, Monique specializes in guiding entrepreneurs to streamline operations, access financial resources, and adopt fintech solutions that drive scalable growth. She brings a unique perspective that blends hands-on consulting, financial planning expertise, and innovative technology strategies.
Beyond her professional roles, Monique is a board member of Raising Our Youths, Inc., a nonprofit founded by her late mother.
